1. Project Manager (Overseas)- contract 1-2 years
Requirements:
- Degree/Master in Civil Engineering or related field
- Min 5 years working experience in Project Management
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Experience in managing of site works in accordance with contractual specifications
- Pleasant with strong interpersonal skills and ability to supervise to meet the best quality
- Ability to communicate with contractors and consultant effectively
- Strong leadership and management skills with experience in managing multi-discipline tasks
Job responsibilities:
- Check and approve contracts shop drawings, samples and other submissions
- Supervise the execution of the works and ensure that the works are carried out by the contractor in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings and other contract documents by the consultant
- Evaluate and recommend of monthly progress approvals for works done on site by the contractor as well as for our client
- Review commissioning and test results of the mechanical and electrical systems
- Check and assess the contractor’s claims for the variation works and finalised the accounts for the project
- Review as-built Drawings and Operation and Maintenance Manuals
- Inspect the list of defects required to be rectified and prepare defect list report
- Overall act as our Malaysian Project Coordinator to our foreign client
- To perform weekly reporting back to Malaysian base
- Upon completion of project, commissioning of the launching and opening
2. Business Development Manager
Requirements:
- Degree/Master in Marketing or related field
- Min 5 years working experience in tourism industry will be added advantage
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Possess own transport and may be required extensive travelling
- Creative and drive to work under pressure in order to meet tight schedule
- Polished, versatile communication skills and has nature flair for interaction with the public and dignitaries
- A team player and able to work harmoniously on a wide range of projects with fellow staff and crew
- Good presentation skill
Job responsibilities:
- Analyse existing and potential business needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and market new service offerings in various segment
- Plan promotion, events, and advertising activities and implement sales strategies to meet overall objectives
- Coordinate company’s marketing and advertising activities
- Administration of travel agents accounts including introduce new project to our agents to optimise our sales target
- To conduct market research within the scope of our business industry
- To prepare data reports and performance analysis of the Company to evaluate its yearly performance
- Market programmes, technical services and strategic re-branding for the Company’s Domestic and International market
- Conduct project feasibility studies on required project
- Prepare business and project proposal
3. Technical Resources Assistance
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Biology Science, Zoology or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Responsibilities
- Act as a Biological Apprentice in the Technical Department.
- Assist in the breeding and data collecting and compilation of all insects and any new breeding operation
- Work together with the Technical Resource Officer in the well being of all exhibits within and outside the farm. Monitor their daily husbandry
- Collect data on all the exhibits daily diet intake, bio data as well as their adaptation behaviour
- Act as the lab assistant and develop the preserved specimens found within the farm
- Act as an assistant breeder and coordinate with other technical staff to carry out necessary work
- Assist the Technical Resource Officer in developing precaution and possible cure to potential parasites and viruses found in most of the breeding stages of all categories
- Assist the Technical Resource Officer in compilation of data and images of breeding specimens. Ensuring the updating of the technical archive
- Assist and conduct Educational tour/program to public or school groups
4. Assistant Horticulturist
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Biology/Life Science
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Responsibilities:
- Assist in farm and nursery operation and plants maintenance
- Assist in plant propagation
- Perform tasks related to plant care
- Assist in plant identification
- Assist in Herbarium maintenance
- Prepare plants and materials for the usage of educational program
- Conduct Showtime/ Educational Tour to Public
6. Educationist
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Education, Mass Communication, Journalism or Broadcasting or equivalent. Fresh graduates can be considered
- Possess gift of persuasive and creative writing, plus flexibility in preparing texts to suit the requirements of given situation.
- Possess strong creativity, independent and resourceful
- Must be committed, responsible and a team player
- Knowledge/experience in photography would be an added advantage
- Education / teaching experience and fluent in Mandarin would be an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Able to research, gather information and write articles for project support e.g. signages, website, informational catalogues and pamphlets, etc.
- Assist in improving our Educational Programmes
- Support the Webmaster by contributing relevant articles
- Assist in various creative writing and relevant educational duties
7. Graphic Designer
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design / Multimedia or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of Dreamweaver, Flash, HTML, the Adobe Suite tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign is an advantage
- Must be creative, artistic and resourceful
- Must be committed, responsible, independent and a team player
Responsibilities
- To support in designing graphics for projects to all the departments such as flyer, banner, signage, posters, packaging, promotional items, menu, form, tags, illustration, mascot, icon for website
- To support in branding, conceptualising, decoration and visual improvements in the farm
8. Procurement & Inventory Assistant
Requirements:
- SPM qualification
- 1-2 years working experience
- Computer literate
Responsibilities
- File documents and invoices received from vendors
- Update daily invoices data for monthly report and future reference
- Prepare purchase order for vendors
- Conduct periodical check, control and coordination of stocks
- Prepare monthly inventory report
- Conduct product tagging & packing
- Liaise with vendors on product ordering and delivery
9. Promoter / Promoter & Cashier
Requirement:
Responsibilities
- Promote all showroom's products
- Perform stock replenishment operations
- Conduct stock tagging & packing
- Display the product and perform stock check
- Conduct product wrapping for customer
10. Security Guard
Requirement:
- SPM qualification
- 1-2 years working experience
Responsibilities
- Collect entrance ticket
- Monitor visitors’ movement and prevent vandalism at the farm
- Maintain harmonies in the farm
