Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration cancellations and requests for a refund received in writing by 15th October 2008 to the ALCS Administrator via email (alcs@butterfly-insect.com) will be entitled to a full refund of the total symposium fees and accommodation fees, excluding a $30 administrative charge. Cancellations received in writing after 15th October 2008 will be refunded 50% of the symposium fees excluding $30 administrative charge and case by case for accommodation fees. Substituting of participants is allowed. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Please note that for administrative reasons, refunds will be made after the symposium.

By October 15, 2008	Full refund of symposium and accomodation fees excluding a $30 administrative fee.
After October 15, 2008	50% refund of symposium fee excluding a $30 administrative fee, case by case on accommodation fees
